Recreate the Food Network's version of this classic Israeli breakfast Shakshuka.

Shakshuka: Made with chopped tomatoes, basil, exotic spices, and eggs sprinkled with spinach.

Apart from physically flying to a country, sampling traditional foods is the best way to learn about a culture. One of my favorite dishes is the savory and sweet egg dish called Shakshuka. The first time I ate this meal was in Tel Aviv and I have yet to eat a Shakshuka as good as the one made by a nice Jewish grandmother I met 2017. Hence, I will be trying to recreate this classic dish myself.

For ingredients and detailed instructions on how to make shakshuka, visit https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/shakshuka-4621432.
